*Prepare monthly management accounts, reports, and forecasts.
*Identify and analyse key financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and financial plans.
*Support senior management with data-driven insights and financial modelling.
*Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
*Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) or be Qualified by Experience.
*Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in financial modelling and data interpretation.
*Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software.
*Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
*Able to commute to our client’s office in Tamworth.
