Salary: £24,571.00 - £26,231.00 Per Annum, Pro Rata

Are you able to deliver fantastic customer service, and would you like to work for an organisation that is making a big difference to our natural world? We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working people person, to work in our café at our Titchwell Marsh Reserve.
About the Role
Duties include preparing hot drinks using our Barista machine, cooking toasties/paninis, baking pasties, cash handling, stock rotation, receiving deliveries, and maintaining café cleanliness. You’ll also work alongside and support our volunteers.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
*Experience of working at a catering environment/visitor attraction.
*Knowledge of food and foodservice skills.
*Till operation and payment handling.
*Knowledge of health and safety in the workplace.
*Basic food hygiene knowledge.
*GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
*Enthusiastic approach to work.
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
*Ability to plan and prioritise workloads.
*Multi-tasking skills.
*Problem-solving skills and ability to work on own initiative.
*Ability to manage and respond quickly and positively to customer needs and feedback.
*Ability to work as part of a team.
*Computer literate.
Additional information:
*Your regular days will be Wednesday-Thursday however you may occasionally be asked to work different days.
*This is a Permanent Part-Time role for 15 hours per week.
*Full induction and training will be provided.
