Salary: £25,000–£29,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30–4:30, Friday 8:00–4:00 (Hybrid)
Location: Mitcheldean
Reed is exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing, sustainability-focused company in the Mitcheldean area. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team.
This is a standalone role working closely with the Directors, so you’ll need to be proactive, confident, and happy to work independently as well as part of a team.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Drive social media activity—particularly LinkedIn—and shape the brand’s storytelling
*Create engaging email campaigns and marketing content
*Manage and optimise the company website (e-commerce, SEO, visuals)
*Support online sales activity, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives
*Produce customer training and support materials
*Attend occasional trade events alongside the Senior Leadership Team
What We’re Looking For
*Minimum one year’s experience in a similar role
*Creative, confident, and highly proactive
*Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Interest in tech, AI, and modern digital tools
What You’ll Receive
*£25,000–£29,000 salary DOE
*20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
*NEST pension scheme

*Onsite parking, restaurant, and modern serviced office environment
*Regular social events and Christmas parties
