THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE
*Designing and delivering personalised curricula to meet a range of SEN profiles
*Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams including SENCOs, TAs, and families
*Tracking, assessing, and celebrating measurable student progress
*Contributing to a culture of high expectations and genuine inclusion
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience in SEN settings is desirable but not essential
*A genuine commitment to inclusive, student-centred education
*Adaptability, creativity, and empathy in equal measure
