*Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy in all accounting processes.

Profile
A successful Permanent Finance Manager should have:
*A professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
*Demonstrable experience in financial management within the not-for-profit sector.
*Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
*Proven ability to manage budgets and conduct financial forecasting.
*Extensive statutory accounts exposure
*Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
*Proficiency in financial software and tools
