The RoleYou’ll support a busy Residential Conveyancing team, helping transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.
Key duties include:
*Audio typing and document production
*Preparing legal correspondence
*Opening and closing client files
*Diary management and arranging appointments
*Liaising with clients by phone and email
*Property searches
*Supporting exchange and completion
*Updating files using Proclaim
What We’re Looking For*Previous Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary experience preferred
*Good understanding of the conveyancing process, including exchange and completion
*Fast and accurate typing skills
*Excellent organisation and attention to detail
*Positive, proactive team player
*Strong graduates with excellent typing skills may also be considered
