About the RoleYou will be:
*Building confidence, independence, and a love of learning
*Supporting pupils across literacy, numeracy, and the wider curriculum
*Tracking progress and sharing helpful feedback with teaching staff
*Creating warm, positive relationships that help children feel safe and valued
*??Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to help every child thrive
What We’re Looking For*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Great classroom management and the ability to engage and motivate learners
*A genuine passion for helping pupils reach their full potential
*Flexibility, creativity, and a positive, can-do attitude
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Enhanced DBS (we can help you with this!)
*Ability to travel between schools is a bonus, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
