Full job descriptionOur client is a well-established business SME business who currently have a newly created opportunity for a Management Accountant. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for specific divisions within the company and have end-to-end responsibility for all accounting and reporting across your divisions. This will include preparation of the monthly management accounts, basic tax and annual financial reporting.
*Working closely with the divisional directors and other commercial teams to help prepare the budgets and financial forecasts for your divisions.
*Collate information for board reports and other ad hoc divisional reporting.
*Preparing all P&L and balance sheet reconciliations across your divisions.
*Assisting other members of the team as required.
You will ideally be CIMA, ACCA or ACA Part-qualified and our client will consider either someone from Practice looking for their first role in industry or an experienced Management Accountant from an SME background.
You will also need strong Excel skills and knowledge of Sage 200 would be an advantage.
Please note: This role is 4 days per week in the office and one day of home working
