The Role

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-organised distribution site in Daventry. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
*Picking and packing orders accurately
*Loading and unloading goods
*Moving stock within the warehouse
*Using hand scanners and warehouse systems
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*Working to productivity and quality targets
The Ideal Candidate
*Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is beneficial but not essential
*Comfortable with manual handling and standing for long periods
*Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
*Able to work well as part of a team
*Good attention to detail
