We’re looking for a passionate and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team through a trusted supply agency. What you’ll be doing:
*Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, helping them achieve their full potential
*Assisting with classroom activities and learning interventions
*Providing personal care when required, always with dignity and respect
*Working closely with teachers and staff to create a positive learning experience
*Encouraging independence, confidence, and social development
What we’re looking for:
*Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to help children thrive
*Adaptable and resilient, ready to handle challenges with a positive attitude
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
*A team player who works well with colleagues and professionals
*Understanding of SEND needs such as autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities
*Committed to safeguarding and promoting inclusion
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a SEND setting is desirable
*Ability to provide personal care support when needed
*Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
