Home-Based | North London and North Home Counties Ideally located around Enfield, Watford, Epping, Walltham Cross, St Albans, Luton, Barnet or surrounding areas
Are you from a Building Surveying or Estates / Facilities background, looking to step into a highly autonomous role where you can take technical ownership, develop your career and make a real impact across a range of sites?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation within the education sector, offering long-term stability, genuine autonomy and ongoing professional development. On offer is a home-based position where you will take the technical lead across your patch, carrying out condition surveys, assessing maintenance requirements and producing cost estimates, while working closely with site-based teams with complete autonomy over your working day.
This role would suit a Surveying professional looking to develop further, take on greater responsibility and progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
The Role:
*Building, facilities and estates surveying across a cluster of sites
*Assessing maintenance requirements and producing cost estimates
*Supporting planned maintenance and minor improvement works
*Home-based with regular travel across sites within the London North Patch
The Person:
*Background in Building Surveying, Estates or Facilities Management
*Comfortable in a highly autonomous position
*Able to obtain or already hold a DBS check
*Full UK driving licence
