An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a highly regarded, modern conveyancing firm based in prestigious Mayfair offices.

The RoleWorking within a busy residential property team, you will support fee earners on a full range of conveyancing matters, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*New build transactions
*File opening and compliance procedures
*Drafting contracts and legal documentation
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
*Managing correspondence and progressing files
This is a hands-on role offering excellent exposure and the opportunity to develop within a high-performing environment.
About You*A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a residential conveyancing/paralegal role
*Solid understanding of the conveyancing process
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*A proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset
