Job Description:
Full job descriptionJob Specification – Civil Engineers (Water Infrastructure)We are currently recruiting Civil Engineers to support the installation and construction of water boxes on public walkways, including all associated reinstatement works. This role involves operating a mini hot box and carrying out daily tarmac reinstatement, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities*Install and build water boxes on designated walkways
*Carry out reinstatement works including tarmac repairs using a mini hot box
*Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
*Work effectively as part of a site team to meet daily targets
*Maintain accurate records and follow site instructions
Essential Qualifications & Certifications*EUSR
*SHEA Water
*Abrasive Wheels
*Asbestos Awareness
*Street Works (NRSWA)
Experience Required*Previous experience installing water boxes or working on water infrastructure
*Strong background in reinstatement and tarmac work
*Ability to work safely and independently on active walkways
