We’re partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a Reward & HR Operations Specialist into a high-performing HR team.
This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where you’ll support senior stakeholders and operate at the centre of reward, governance and HR operations, ensuring critical processes run smoothly and accurately.
The RoleYou’ll play a key role in delivering structured, high-quality support across a range of business-critical activities, including:
*Preparing and coordinating senior offer documentation, including complex reward structures
*Supporting payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with reward frameworks
*Managing sensitive executive exit processes
*Supporting senior committee activity (e.g. RemCo), including papers and approvals
*Producing accurate reporting and maintaining data integrity
*Managing governance, approvals and process tracking end-to-end
About You*Background in Reward, Payroll or HR Operations
*Strong attention to detail with a highly organised approach
*Experience producing high-quality documentation for senior stakeholders
*Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information
