Salary: £28,000–£30,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:00 (fully office-based preferred)
Location: Cheltenham
Role Overview
This is a brand-new position created to support a busy construction environment. You’ll work closely with a small team, acting as the central point of coordination between the office and site teams.
The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting, enjoys keeping people organised, and is confident managing constant communication streams.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide daily administrative and project support to the team, ensuring smooth coordination between office and site.
*Manage bookings for site access, inductions, and on-site requirements.
*Prepare, review, and maintain RAMS, risk assessments, and other construction compliance documentation.
*Track and update project information, schedules, and documentation with high accuracy.
*Handle invoicing processes including updating spreadsheets and compiling supporting detail.
*Maintain strong communication with clients, responding promptly to frequent emails and requests.
*Support the wider team with document control, reporting, and general admin tasks.
*Use Excel and Word confidently to produce accurate, well-structured documents.
*Assist with skills testing, training records, and competency tracking.
*Ensure all administrative processes meet standards and expectations.
*Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture with regular interaction between office and site staff.
Skills & Experience Required
*Construction industry experience is desirable
*Understanding of RAMS, risk assessments, and site compliance processes.
*Experience booking personnel onto sites and managing access requirements.
*Excellent attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role.
*Confident user of Excel and Word
*Experience with invoicing, spreadsheets, and compiling supporting information for clients.
*Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
*Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*A team-focused mindset

*Fully office-based (ideally) due to the nature of the industry, with some flexibility where needed.
