*Monitor progress and share feedback with staff

*Have experience working with children, ideally in a school or support setting
*Be patient, understanding, and able to build strong relationships
*Have knowledge of additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, or SEMH (desirable)
*Be proactive, reliable, and adaptable
*Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents
*Show a genuine commitment to supporting individual learning needs
