Join a great client of ours as a Sales Support Advisor and be the welcoming voice that helps guide our customers through their journey with us. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle all new customer enquiries, converting qualified leads into booked appointments for our design consultants.
*Conduct high-quality sales follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed and our sales pipeline remains robust.
*Brief our sales consultants thoroughly, ensuring they are fully prepared to meet customer expectations.
*Support post-sale activities, including booking appointments and updating customers, to ensure smooth handovers across teams.
*Maintain a friendly and supportive environment, prioritising the customer’s needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a fast-paced or sales-led environment.
*Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
*Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented approach.
*Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Team player with a flexible, solution-focused attitude.
*Motivated by delivering high-quality service and achieving individual targets.
