We are currently recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support a well-established secondary SEN school in Redhill. This setting provides specialist support to students with a range of additional needs, and we are looking for dedicated, reliable individuals who can make a real difference.
Roles Available*Full-time SEN Teaching Assistants (Monday–Friday)
*Day-to-day cover staff for sickness and short-term absences
*Opportunities for long-term placements starting ASAP
Working Hours (Full-Time)*Total: 40 hours per week
*Start time: 8:15am
*Finish times:
*Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 4:45pm
*Tuesday: 5:00pm
*Friday: 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities*Supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
*Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
*Providing 1:1 and small group support
*Promoting a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
*Supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
Requirements (Essential)*Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant
*Strong understanding of supporting students with additional needs
*A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
*Ability to adapt to different situations and student needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
