About the RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in keeping learning on track in the absence of the class teacher. Your responsibilities will include:
*Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
*Creating a positive and focused classroom environment
*Managing student behaviour in line with school policies
*Supporting students to complete their work to a high standard
*Providing clear feedback to teaching staff after each lesson
