About the RoleProspero Teaching is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Doncaster to recruit a passionate Teacher of French. This is an exciting opportunity to teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the position running through until Summer 2026.
The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed French specialist who can inspire students and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons within a supportive and well-resourced Modern Foreign Languages department.
Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver engaging French lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
*Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policies
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning
*Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners
*Contribute to the wider life of the department and school where appropriate
The Ideal Candidate*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Specialises in French and has experience teaching KS3 and KS4
*Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
*Has a passion for languages and a commitment to student progress
*Is reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
*Holds an enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one)
