Full job descriptionScience Teacher – Fleet | September Start | Full TimeTeaching Personnel is working in partnership with a well-established secondary school in Fleet to recruit a Teacher of Science for a full-time role starting in September.

The RoleAs a Teacher of Science, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting students of varying abilities to engage, progress and succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
*Teaching Science to mixed-ability groups at KS3 and KS4
*Managing classroom behaviour in line with clear, consistent school policies
*Maintaining a calm, purposeful and effective learning environment
*Monitoring progress and providing meaningful feedback
*Supporting pupils with special educational or additional needs (SEN)
*Working collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams
This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy structure, strong relationships and a positive learning culture.

*Experience working with secondary-aged students
*Confidence teaching Science across KS3 and KS4

*A genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people
