Full job descriptionLocation: All Lancashire regions (Preston, Blackpool, Burnley, Lancaster, Blackburn, Chorley) Salary: M1 - M6 Pay Scale (£32,916 - £45,352)Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent & Temp-to-Perm Start Date: September 1st, 2026 (Early starts available for Summer inductions)
Are you currently completing your Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and looking for the perfect school to launch your career? We are opening our September 2026 ECT Talent Pool for secondary schools across Lancashire.
Whether you are a specialist in STEM, Humanities, Arts, or PE, we have partnerships with Academies, Mainstream Secondary Schools, and Faith Schools that are ready to support your two-year Early Career Framework (ECF) induction.
