About the RoleYou will be working within the SEND classroom of a mainstream primary school, providing dedicated 1:1 support to pupils with ASC and SEMH needs. This role requires patience, consistency and a genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning. You’ll work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider support team to deliver tailored interventions and create a positive, structured learning environment.
Key Responsibilities*Provide 1:1 support for pupils with ASC and SEMH

*Assist with personalised learning plans and behaviour support strategies

*Help create a calm, safe and inclusive classroom environment

*Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and social development

*Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals

*Contribute to progress tracking and pupil observations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
