Job Description:
Sales Executive
*Job Type: Hybrid (Office, Home, Field-based)
*Location: West Suffolk
*Salary: £65k OTE (Base salary up to £40k plus car allowance)
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our client’s team, specialising in agricultural and construction machinery. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in generating new leads and managing existing client relationships. The successful candidate will split their time between the office, home, and field, engaging directly with both existing and prospective clients.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential leads and reaching out to prospective clients.
*Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
*Attend meetings with both existing and prospective clients to discuss their requirements and how the products can meet their needs.
*Prepare and deliver presentations to clients that clearly communicate the features and benefits of our products.
*Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
*Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the company’s CRM system.
*Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Sales Executive/Business development Executive, preferably in the agricultural or construction machinery sectors.
*Strong ability to generate leads and manage customer relationships.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
*Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales activities and client interactions.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and field visits.
*Full Driving licence
