This firm is a nationally recognised law practice who have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate solicitor with associate or senior associate experience, to join their reputable tier 1 ranked Corporate team in either Bristol, Exeter or Plymouth. They pride themselves on their relationships with their clients and top quality work and are currently looking for an ambitious lawyer to join the team and add value to achieve further great results. Your new role
You will be working with companies from entrepreneurial start-ups to international organisations, advising on a range of corporate transactions including M&A, venture capital, cross-border transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures and restructurings. If you are looking to progress your career in a firm that can truly compete with the breadth and quality of work of London firms, along with the opportunity to work with Partners and Lawyers with significant City experience, this is a great opportunity for you.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will possess excellent communication and proven technical skills, and will need the ability to build strong relationships with clients that last. You will ideally be an associate or senior associate with good corporate experience, gained from a leading regional or national firm.
