We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Administrator to join a busy college setting in Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:*Providing administrative support to staff and departments
*Managing student records and data accurately
*Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
*Maintaining filing systems and databases
*Supporting attendance, admissions, and general office duties
*Liaising with staff, students, and external stakeholders
Requirements:*Previous administrative experience (ideally within education)
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
*Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
*MUST hold a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
