Academics are working with a primary school in Slough seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychology Graduate Intervention Assistant to support students with additional learning or emotional needs.

Your Role:
As a Psychology Graduate Intervention Assistant, you will:
*Provide 1:1 and small group interventions, tailored to pupils’ academic, emotional, or behavioural needs.
*Support inclusive learning by adapting lesson materials and creating a safe, engaging environment.
*Monitor progress and collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to review strategies.
*Offer emotional and social support, helping students in Slough schools build confidence and resilience.
*Communicate effectively with staff and parents to ensure consistent, holistic support.
