We are seeking a strong, committed education professional to support schools across Bolton, Bury and Salford, working within SEN inclusion and alternative/provision settings from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for inclusive education, pastoral care, and behaviour support, who thrives on making a meaningful difference to the lives of young people.
The RoleYou will work closely with schools to provide targeted support within:
*SEN inclusion teams
*Alternative / provisional provision
*Pastoral leadership structures
Opportunities may include:
*Head of Year
*Pastoral Lead / Pastoral Support
*Inclusion or Behaviour Support roles
Assignments may be long-term or transitional, supporting schools during periods of change, growth, or increased need.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:
*Has experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs
*Demonstrates strong pastoral leadership and relationship-building skills
*Is resilient, adaptable, and confident working across different school settings
*Has experience managing behaviour and supporting attendance, wellbeing, and engagement
*Holds QTS or relevant school-based experience (essential for leadership roles)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
