IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing site based in Dunkeswell, Honiton.

Shift Options & PayDay Shift*06:00 - 16:00.
*Monday to Friday.
*4 working days per week.
*One fixed day off during the week.
*Weekend overtime available.
*£14.50 per hour.
*Overtime after 38 hours paid at £21.75 per hour.
Night Shift*16:00 - 02:00.
*Monday to Thursday.
*£17.50 per hour.
*Overtime after 38 hours paid at £24.75 per hour.
Key Duties:*Working on a busy production line.
*Weighing, packaging, and labelling products.
*Operating machinery following training.
*Working toward production targets as part of a team.
*Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:*Good attention to detail.
*Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Willingness to learn new skills.
*Previous production or machine operating experience beneficial but not essential.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
