Full job descriptionOperations Administrator | Corfe Mullen, Dorset | £30,000Are you an organised and resilient Operations Administrator who enjoys supporting live site activity rather than a purely office-based role?
Do you thrive in an environment where schedules, deliveries and daily works need tight coordination?
Based within a site-based operational environment, this role supports day-to-day works, logistics coordination and customer administration. This Operations Administrator role offers the opportunity to become a key part of a close-knit, family-run business delivering time-critical work within a practical, construction-led setting. As an Operations Administrator, you will benefit from:• Working within a small, friendly business where your operational input is visible and relied upon
• A role closely aligned to construction operations, logistics and daily works scheduling
• Autonomy and trust to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
• On-the-job, role-specific training within a specialist operational industry
• A practical, site-based setting offering long-term stability As an Operations Administrator, your responsibilities will include: • Handling customer and site-related enquiries via phone and email
• Processing operational orders, including delivery details, timings and instructions
• Supporting day-to-day works coordination and customer communication
• Assisting with transport planning and liaising with drivers and site contacts
• Completing daily invoicing and providing general operational administration As an Operations Administrator, your experience will include: • Previous experience in an administrative role within construction, works, logistics or a site-based environment
• Confidence communicating with site teams, drivers and customers
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting
