A well-regarded private practice law firm in Marlow is looking to recruit a Family Paralegal to join its established and busy Family Law team. This role offers excellent exposure to high-quality family matters and clear long-term progression for the right candidate.
The Role

You will be supporting experienced fee earners on a broad range of family law matters, working closely with clients and assisting with files from instruction to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
*Assisting with private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, and children matters
*Preparing court bundles and legal documentation
*Drafting correspondence and attendance notes
*Liaising with clients, counsel and the courts
*Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate case files
*Providing high-quality client care throughout proceedings
The Ideal Candidate
*Previous experience as a Family Paralegal or Legal Assistant
*Strong knowledge of family law procedures and court processes
*Confident communicator with excellent written skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Law graduates with family law experience will be considered
