Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a supply basis across a supportive trust of schools in the Doncaster area.
This is a great opportunity for an SEN professional who is looking for flexible work while making a meaningful impact across a range of school settings.
About the RoleAs a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs (SEN) including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
*Work across multiple schools within the trust, adapting to different classroom environments
*Provide 1:1 support and deliver small group interventions
*Assist with the implementation of EHCPs and individual learning plans
*Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to support pupil progress
What We’re Looking For*A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
*Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting
*Strong behaviour management and communication skills
*A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different schools
*A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
