Are you a Network Engineer or 3rd Line Support Engineer with experience in Cisco or Fortinet, looking for a technically challenging role within a growing satcoms company, where you can develop your expertise across secure, high-performance networks, benefit from clear internal progression opportunities, and be supported through DV clearance?

This leading provider of satellite communications and IT solutions delivers secure, innovative services to clients across the Defence and Maritime sectors. With over 50 years of sustained growth and more than 250 employees worldwide, the company continues to expand its global presence and is now looking to strengthen its HR and Business Support function.

In this role, you will design, support and maintain secure internal and customer networks, acting as a 3rd line escalation point for complex issues. You will work across Cisco and Fortinet environments, troubleshoot faults, support satellite communications, and collaborate with internal teams, while continuously developing your technical expertise and progressing within the business. Based in Redhill, this role is 9:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.

This role would suit a Network Engineer or 3rd Line Support Engineer with Cisco or Fortinet experience, looking to work in a growing satcoms company with the opportunity to gain DV clearance.

The Role:
*Design, support, and maintain secure internal and customer networks
*Act as a 3rd line escalation point for complex network issues
*Work across Cisco and Fortinet environments (routing, switching, firewalls)
*Troubleshoot faults across satellite, RF, and telecoms networks
*Monday - Friday 9 - 5 (2 days WFH)
The Person:
*Network Engineer or 3rd Line Support Engineer with Cisco or Fortinet experience
*Strong understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, VPN, IPSEC)
*Holds or working towards CCNA, CCNP, or Fortinet certifications
*Eligible for DV clearance (British National)
