Salary: MPS1-UPS3 (£32,916 - £51,047)
Are you a passionate Maths Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher or an experienced professional, we are supporting a well-regarded secondary school with a thriving sixth form in Swindon that is seeking dedicated Maths teachers to inspire students across KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level).
This role is ideal for those who want to teach across multiple key stages, gain professional development, and make a lasting impact on students’ academic progress. Full ECT induction and mentorship are available for newly qualified teachers.
Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons for KS4 and KS5
*Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations
*Differentiate lessons to challenge students of all abilities
*Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
*Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
*Contribute to the development of the Maths department and sixth form provision
Ideal Candidate*QTS or on track to achieve QTS (ECTs welcome)
*Experience teaching KS4 and/or KS5 Maths (desirable for experienced teachers)
*Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire students
*Excellent classroom management and communication skills
*Resilient, enthusiastic, and committed to student achievement
