Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD).
*Support students in developing academic, social, and emotional skills.
*Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Experience working with SEN pupils (school or alternative provision).
*Strong behaviour management and a nurturing approach.
