Overview
Looking to gain classroom experience or take the next step in your education career? Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Wellingborough. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, offering flexibility alongside valuable school-based experience.
Role Responsibilities
*Supervise classes during teacher absences
*Ensure students complete the work that has been set
*Maintain a calm, focused, and respectful classroom environment
*Manage behaviour in line with school policies
*Report back to teaching staff on lesson progress and any issues
Ideal Candidate
*Has experience working with young people (school-based or otherwise)
*Is confident leading a classroom independently
*Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
*Is reliable, adaptable, and professional
*Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
