Pay: £90–£110 per day (dependent on experience)
Teaching Personnel is seeking a supportive and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to work in one of our partner secondary schools on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in the classroom
The Role:
*Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum
*Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and progress
*Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
*Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
*Support pupils with additional needs where required

*Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
*A positive, patient, and proactive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting learning
*An understanding of safeguarding and child protection (training provided)
