Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting passionate and skilled individuals to work in school-based SEN roles, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across primary and secondary settings.

The RoleAs an Autism Support Expert, you will:
*Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with ASD
*Implement structured routines and individual learning strategies
*Support communication using tools such as visual aids and PECS
*Help students develop social skills, emotional regulation, and independence
*Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver tailored support
What We’re Looking For*Proven experience supporting children or young people with Autism (ASD)
*Understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches
*A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Background in education, care, or support work (school-based experience desirable)
