Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology graduates to work as Teaching Assistants (TAs) within primary schools.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while making a real difference in young pupils’ lives.
The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support primary-aged pupils in the classroom

*Work 1:1 or in small groups

*Assist the class teacher with learning activities

*Help create a positive, engaging learning environment

*Support children with a range of needs, including SEN

Who We’re Looking For*A Psychology graduate (or related degree)

*A genuine interest in working in a classroom setting

*Experience working with children – whether inside a school, nursery, youth club, summer camp, sports coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or other child-based settings
All experience with children is valuable and welcomed

*Positive, proactive and adaptable attitude

*Strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
