The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own desk, building strong relationships with schools and candidates, and consistently delivering high-quality results. You will also act as a mentor to junior consultants, supporting their development and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and grow a successful recruitment desk within the education sector
*Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
*Proactively win new business and develop existing accounts
*Meet and exceed individual billing targets
*Support and mentor junior team members
*Ensure high standards of compliance and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong billing track record
*Experience within the education sector is advantageous but not essential
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
*Ambitious, driven, and target-focused
