The OpportunityWe are seeking enthusiastic and skilled classroom teachers (primary and/or secondary) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.

The RoleAs a Teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring every pupil is supported to succeed. You will plan engaging lessons, set personalised targets, and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
*Monitoring progress and reporting to parents, carers and senior leaders
*Leading a subject or curriculum area and supporting colleagues
*Managing and supervising support staff within the classroom
*Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, equality, and health & safety policies
About YouEssential:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching a thematic curriculum in primary and/or secondary settings
*Experience working in specialist settings, particularly with pupils with SEMH and SEND
*Proven ability to deliver a differentiated curriculum for diverse learners
*Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
*Understanding of ASC and SEMH needs, including complex presentations
Desirable:
*Additional qualifications in SEND
*Experience in curriculum development for learners with SEND
*Strong relationship-building skills with a nurturing and empathetic approach
