Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to work in a supportive, specialist setting?
A well-established specialist school in the Northwich area is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where you can make a genuine difference to students’ development and wellbeing.
The Role:*Supporting pupils with additional needs in and out of the classroom
*Working on a 1:1 and small group basis
*Supporting engagement, behaviour, and emotional development
*Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines
*Helping to create a positive and structured learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*Experience working with SEN or additional needs
*Background as a:*Teaching Assistant
*Support Worker
*Care Worker
*A calm, patient and consistent approach
*Strong relationship-building skills
*A genuine passion for supporting young people
What’s On Offer:*£92.56 - £105 per day (PAYE) - no umbrella deductions
