Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Salford, who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September.

The RoleAs the Year 4 Teacher, you will:
*Deliver creative, engaging, and well-differentiated lessons to Year 4 pupils
*Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
*Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practice
*Commit to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a teacher who:
*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Has experience teaching Year 4 or another KS2 year group
*Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*Can effectively differentiate learning to meet a range of needs
*Has a secure understanding of the National Curriculum and evidence-based teaching approaches
*Possesses excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
*Is confident using technology to enhance teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
