Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to support pupils on a 1:1 basis in a specialist setting?
A highly regarded special school in the Warrington area is looking to recruit Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs. These roles are primarily 1:1 positions, supporting students who require consistent, tailored support throughout the school day.
The Role:*Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
*Supporting students with SEN, including complex needs
*Helping pupils engage with learning and daily routines
*Working closely with teaching staff and SEN teams
*Creating a supportive, structured learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*Experience working with SEN or additional needs
*Background as a:*Teaching Assistant
*Support Worker
*Care Worker
*A patient, calm and consistent approach
*Confidence supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
*A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
What’s On Offer:*£92.56 - £105 per day (PAYE) - no umbrella deductions
*Full-time, long-term roles
*Opportunity for permanent or fixed-term placements
*Term-time only working pattern
