The Role
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Type: Permanent | Full-time
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Burton-on-Trent (Hybrid working available)

Your Key Responsibilities
*Delivering first-class customer support across multiple channels including live chat and email
*Taking full ownership of customer enquiries using a ticketing system
*Resolving issues efficiently while providing a positive customer experience
*Representing the company professionally, upholding their reputation and instilling customer confidence in their products and services
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience within a Customer Service role
*Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
*Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
*Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM systems
