What the role involves:
*Supporting children aged 05 with learning, play and development
*Creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment
*Working closely with teachers and practitioners to deliver EYFS provision
*Helping with observations, activities and daily routines
*Building positive relationships with children, staff and families
What were looking for:
*Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred)
*Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting
*A positive, patient and energetic approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Reliability and a genuine passion for early years education
