Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Garstang, who are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their early years team from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and thrives in a nurturing, play-based learning environment.
The Role:*Supporting children in Nursery or Reception, both 1:1 and in small groups
*Assisting the class teacher with daily activities and lesson preparation
*Promoting positive behaviour and emotional development
*Supporting learning through play in line with the EYFS framework
*Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate:*Has experience working within an EYFS setting (desirable)
*Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (desirable)
*Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners
*Has a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
*Holds (or is willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS on the update service
