Hays Education is working with a wide range of mainstream primary schools across South Warwickshire, and we are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supply team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant in a mainstream primary school, you will support pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties. The role may involve 1:1 support or small group interventions, helping pupils to access the curriculum and thrive within a classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting pupils with SEN within a mainstream classroom
*Delivering targeted interventions and learning support
*Assisting with behaviour support and emotional regulation
*Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs
*Helping to create an inclusive, supportive and positive learning environment


Requirements:
*Have experienced supporting children with SEN in a mainstream primary school (preferred)
*Be patient, adaptable and committed to inclusive education
*Hold (or be willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS on the update service
