Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
*Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with pupils
*Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
*Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
*Previous experience working within a primary school (essential)
*A proactive, patient, and nurturing approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
