Location: UK (Hybrid) - 4 days in the office
Robert Half is proud to be partnering with a leading international hospitality group with a strong presence across the UK and Europe, to appoint a Finance Business Partner.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking to step into a true operational business partnering role, supporting site leadership and driving performance across a portfolio of hotels.
The Role*Act as a key finance partner to General Managers and department heads, providing insight, challenge and support
*Own monthly management accounts, variance analysis and performance reporting across multiple sites
*Lead on budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
*Support day-to-day operational decision-making, identifying opportunities to improve margins and control costs
*Work closely with central finance teams to ensure strong processes, controls and reporting integrity
*Assist in the preparation of business cases and investment analysis
About You*Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Background within the hospitality sector is essential
*Prior experience in management accounting or business partnering roles
*Confident working with non-finance stakeholders and able to translate financials into actionable insight
*Hands-on, proactive and keen to develop in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
